We (Pamir Companies Group) have realized the opportunity of implementation of our promise to rebuild our beloved country in the way we can and also we know our people need awareness and education to promote their lifestyles. We, meanwhile, joined our determination with our resources to establish Zalal Mowafaq Company in the industry of non-alcoholic beverages and Pamircyclet Industrial Co. in the industry of Motorcyclet. We hope our country will be in the list of developed country, particularly in industry.

Executive Summary

Zalal Mowafaq Industrial Corporation is an Afghan beverage corporation, manufacturer and retailer established in 2002 by H. Ahmadshah Faqiri, and headquartered in Herat. Early, it was established in a 15,000m2 with 2 million dollars in Herat Industrial Town and it started its production with Mowafaq mineral water.
Zalal Mowafaq is licensed by both Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) with D-21576 license number, and Ministry of Public Health with 108 license number. Afterwards, it was grown and finally in 2010 its area in the factory was grown as well and approximately 20,000m2 was added to the area of the factory. Therefore, its brands and staff were expanded.
It produced such productions as Zam Zam beverage and Mani juice, and eventually Party Energy Drink was produced in 2011 so that it, due to its quality, could achieve such certificates of standards as HACCP and ISO 9001.
This company, due to buying lots of production lines and machineries from famous European companies such as Germany and Italy, could grow up not only its quality but its number of brands as well, considerably. In 2013 it produced the fruity tastes of Party Energy Drink such as (Grapes, Pomegranate, Strawberry, and Peach) and it was a great achievement.
In 2016 the asset of this company was estimated to be 30 million dollars, and in this year actually it was awarded 7 international standard certificates by SISBEL – Turkey organization which are as followings:
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 2200, GMP, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, Halal.
Zalal Mowafaq Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Mineral Water Company is defined to be the most well-known trade mark in Herat-Afghanistan, and it is justly so.
Zalal Mowafaq owns over 10 brands that appeal to many different people all throughout the country. They are able to satisfy the needs of all their consumers and make their experiences with Zalal Mowafaq better.
The Zalal Mowafaq products appeal to a wide range of people from all races, genders, and ages. It is very well-known for its locally and nationally popularity as its products are sold in over 34 provinces of Afghanistan and this company is supposed to export its products to other countries as well. However, the major competitors only sell their products in a few provinces in Afghanistan.
Zalal Mowafaq is an easily and obviously recognized by all. The popularity of Zalal Mowafaq has undoubtedly grown and it is known as a very recognizable company. It is known nationally over years, and still growing to this day, and will continue in the future. The finance matters are very vital in the future of Zalal Mowafaq as it allows for the promotion of many other products. Many aspects include, positioning, market mix strategy, and implementation plan. These aspects place Zalal Mowafaq superior to competitors, instigating Zalal Mowafaq to aspire higher goals and missions.
In addition, Pamircyclet Industrial Co. was also established in 2002 by H. Ahmadshah Faqiri as well. This company produces motors cycles and deals with such big companies as Bajaj, Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd, TVS Motor Company Ltd and so forth. Therefore, it covers Afghanistan entirely.
By the way, Pamircyclet Industrial Company got the first position of the biggest motor cycle in Afghanistan in 2005 which was a considerable achievement for Pamir Companies Group.
